SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.Items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.
2.Please allow 4-6 weeks from purchase date for delivery of fine art prints. Original works often ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes & related charges aren't included in the shipping total for your order. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to ordering.
Refund/Exchange/Warrantee/Cancellation policies:
1.There are no refunds, no warrantees, and no cancellations on any orders. If there is a unique issue, please reach out to me.
2.Merchandise that is damaged when it arrives may be exchanged for the same item, if it is available. Otherwise a refund can be offered.
3.To qualify for an exchange of a damaged merchandise the following criteria must be met:
- We must be notified via email at [email protected] by the buyer within 3 days of the merchandise being delivered to the buyer.
- The damaged merchandise must be sent back to us in a postage paid envelope or box that we will send to you within 10 business days. Upon our receiving the damaged merchandise from you, we will send out your replacement merchandise within 15 business days.
4.Reproductions may not be exact representations of original artwork.
5.If an item you purchased is sold-out of stock, we will refund your order for the amount of the items that are out of stock.
No license is granted to reproduce, or copy the merchandise in any form or manner.
